Here are some common questions our customers ask us:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, ZipPay and PayPal.

Please note that we do not accept any bank transfers or prepaid cards.

We always try to help our customers. If you have accidentally submitted an incorrect order, please email us straight away and we will do what we can. If the product has already been mailed, unfortunately we won’t be able to cancel or change the order.

We use a secure gateway/encryption to process your payment ensuring that your credit card details are completely safe.

Our products are formulated from the finest all-natural products we can find and are gentle enough to be suitable for all skin types. They do not contain any synthetics, silicones or irritants. However, with any new skin care product, we recommend you carry out a patch test before use.

We promise to process your order within 24 hours of receiving your purchase. We will then hand it over to Australia Post to deliver and we cannot guarantee delivery times. Australia Post indicates expected delivery times of between 2-6 days depending on your location, view this information here.

We offer free Australia wide shipping on all orders over $75

To minimise postage charges, we will happily arrange combined postage. Simply email us at the time of purchase, identifying all the purchases you would like us to bundle and we will take it from there.

We don’t make money on shipping – we charge you the standard Australia Post shipping charges.

If you need your purchase in a hurry, please contact us at sales@teatreeandsea.com.au at the time of ordering and we will arrange express post at an additional charge.

We endeavour to give the best customer service possible and make the experience of ordering with us as seamless as possible. In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged product, we will replace it for you once it is returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us through our online emailing system here with your order number and the issue you are experiencing and we will happily advise how to proceed.
